"Chasing Dreams in Learning Chinese Award": All submitted Chinese learners can participate for free in HSK mock exams and receive a Chinese course gift package. 【比赛时间 Event Schedules】 1. 作品征集：2024年4月19日至5月31日 校级选拔赛截止时间为2024年5月24日 Work Collection: Deadline for the campus-level preliminary competition is May 24, 2024. 2. 作品初审：2024年6月1日-6月30日 Preliminary Review of Works: June 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024. 3. 网络评选：2024年7月1日-7月30日 Online Voting: July 1, 2024 - July 30, 2024. 4. 专家评审：2024年7月1日-7月30日 Expert Evaluation: July 1, 2024 - July 30, 2024. 5. 获奖名单公布和颁奖典礼：2024年8月-9月 Announcement of Winners and Award Ceremony: August - September 2024. 【作品要求与形式 Submission Requirements】 1. 以个人名义投稿，每人限投稿一个作品。

Submissions are to be made in individuals' names, with each person limited to one submission. 2. 契合主题，表现形式不限，演讲、朗诵、脱口秀、表演、书法等均可。The works should align with the theme, and the presentation format is not limited. Speeches, recitations, comedy routines, performances, calligraphy, etc., are all acceptable. 3. 视频配音、字幕为中文，时长1-3分钟。

The video should have Chinese dubbing and subtitles, with a duration of 1-3 minutes. 4. 视频格式为高清mp4，文件大小不超过100MB。The video should be in high-definition MP4 format, with a file size not exceeding 100MB. 5. 视频画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或标识。The video should have a clean visual appearance, without logos, watermarks, or other markings. 6. 手机录制建议横幅拍摄，使用后置摄像头，拍摄时请保持手机稳定。

If you are using a phone to record, it is recommended to record the video horizontally using the rear camera of a mobile phone. Please ensure that the phone is stable during recording. 7. 请将视频作品及报名表一并发送至邮箱：dmuiso@aliyun.com Please send the video work and registration form together to the email address: dmuiso@aliyun.com 8. 邮件标题统一为“国籍+作者姓名+作品名称+作者邮箱”。

The subject of the email should be “nationality + author name + work name + author email”. 注意：以上任意要求和格式出错都会影响对作品的审核。Note: Any errors or deviations from the above requirements or formats may affect the review of the work. 【注意事项 Important Points】 1. 作品须由作者本人创作完成，因拍摄作品产生的法律责任由作者自行承担，与主办方无关。

The works must be created by the authors themselves, and the authors are solely responsible for any legal liabilities arising from the production of the works, which are unrelated to the organizers. 2. 作品不得含有暴力、色情、宗教、种族歧视等，不得植入广告，以传播正能量为主题。

The works must not contain violence, pornography, religious content, racial discrimination, etc., and must not include advertisements. The theme of spreading positive energy should be emphasized. 3. 作者确保所投作品享有完整版权。自向活动方投稿之日起，即视为作者将其作品的著作权(署名权除外)无偿转让给活动方。

The authors guarantee that the submitted works have full copyright ownership. From the date of submission to the event organizer, the authors are deemed to have transferred the copyright of their works (except for the right of attribution) to the event organizer free of charge. 4. 作者不得使用他人作品投稿或者一稿多投，一经发现，立即取消评选资格。

The authors are not allowed to submit works that are created by others or submit the same work to multiple sources. Once discovered, the eligibility for selection will be immediately revoked. 5. 作者参加此次活动须遵守上述活动规则。一经投稿，视为自愿遵守上述活动规则。
